Common Questions from our Partners
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces per color, per size for cut & sew products. Some products may have specific MOQ requirements — please check individual product details or contact us for more information.
How long does production take? Production lead time is approximately 30 days from the date of order confirmation AND deposit payment. This excludes the sampling phase, which takes an additional 7 –10 business days.
What fabrics do you offer? We work with polyamide, nylon, cotton, and blended fabrics. All fabrics are selected for activewear performance: moisture-wicking, stretch, durability and comfort. Custom fabric development is not available, but we offer a curated selection optimized for sportswear.
Is the sample fee refundable? The $300 sample fee covers production of up to 7 pieces including shipping. If you proceed with a bulk production order, the full $300 is credited toward your production cost (deducted from the final invoice). The fee is non-refundable if no production order is placed.
What customization options are available? We offer full OEM/ODM customization: logos, labels, hang tags, packaging, colors, patterns, and sizing. Logo and custom packaging may incur additional costs.
What are your shipping terms? Our standard shipping terms are FOB Ningbo. Sample shipments include delivery costs in the sample fee.
What certifications does your factory hold? Our factory is BSCI audited and ISO 9001 certified. We maintain quality control protocols throughout production and are committed to ethical manufacturing standards. Additional certification details are available upon request.
